Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the technical aspects of projects related to devops, c#, and VMware. They will be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable IT infrastructure solutions while ensuring the efficient operation of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of devops, c#, and vmware projects.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality code.
4. Implement best practices for continuous integration and deployment (ci/cd) pipelines using tools like jenkins, git, and docker.
5. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using platforms like aws or azure, ensuring scalability and performance.
6. Develop and maintain automation scripts for configuration management, infrastructure as code, and monitoring using tools like ansible and terraform.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops practices and tools such as jenkins, git, docker, kubernetes, and ansible.
2. Strong programming skills in c# and experience with .net framework for developing robust and scalable applications.
3. Knowledge of vmware technologies for virtualization, managing virtual machines, and optimizing system performance.
4. Ability to work in an agile environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
5. Experience in designing and implementing ci/cd pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation scripts.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in DevOps, C#, VMware, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) would be a plus.
