Technical lead - Embedded Linux, Python

Job Summary

The Technical lead will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects related to embedded Linux and python. They will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing embedded software solutions, primarily utilizing Linux and Python technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of software developers to ensure successful project delivery
2. Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions using embedded linux and python
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical guidance and support
5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in embedded systems, linux, and python technologies
6. Ensure compliance with coding standards, software quality, and project timelines

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in embedded linux development and programming
2. Strong experience in python programming for embedded systems
3. Knowledge of communication protocols commonly used in embedded systems
4. Familiarity with embedded hardware and software integration
5. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in embedded systems
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide and motivate a technical team

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in embedded systems, Linux, or Python are a plus

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
