Technical lead - FEA, ANSYS, Abaqus

Job Summary

Minimum Experience is- 4

Position Specific Duties - • Excellent understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and computational fluid dynamics
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and numerical understanding of CFD
• Hands on experience with CFD solver tools like Star-CCM+
Moderate experience with CAD modeling tools like PTC Cre-o

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts involved in fea projects
2. Utilize abaqus and ansys software to conduct complex finite element analysis simulations
3. Interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design enhancements
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines
5. Stay updated on industry advancements in fea analysis, abaqus, and ansys techniques
6. Train and mentor junior team members in fea methodologies and best practices

Skill Requirements

Required Skills are- • 4+ years of Product Engineering Experience (Computational fluid dynamics - CFD)
• Experience in executing multiphase analysis
• Experience in working with compressible flow and conjugate heat transfer analysis
• Awareness on DEM simulations

Other Requirements

Hands on experience with CFD solver tools like Star-CCM+
