Technical lead - Java, Spring, Hibernate, MongoDB

Job Summary

The Technical lead will be responsible low level design, development, unit testing and for leading a team in the development and implementation of projects using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB. They will be in charge of overseeing the technical aspects of the projects, providing guidance to the team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the low level design, development, and implementation of projects.
2. Provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices in java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams & with clients to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure project success.
5. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming and in-depth knowledge of java concepts and best practices.
2. Proficient with spring framework, including spring boot, spring mvc, and spring security.
3. Strong understanding of hibernate orm and database concepts.
4. Proficient with relational database and nosql db
5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Good communication abilities to effectively lead a technical team.
