Job Summary

As a Technical lead specializing in Java, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, and Docker, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying applications using these technologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of java based applications utilizing spring boot framework.
2. Architect and deploy scalable and reliable applications on amazon web services (aws) cloud platform.
3. Utilize docker for containerization to streamline application deployment and manage infrastructure.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to meet project objectives.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in java, spring boot, aws, and docker to drive innovation and efficiency.

Skill Requirements

Must Have

    • 7+ years in Java/Kotlin or Go
    • Strong Spring Boot, AWS EKS, Lambda, MSK, DynamoDB expertise
    • OpenTelemetry, Pact contract testing, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Jenkins)
    • Secure SDLC and production-grade engineering discipline

Other Requirements

1.AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional preferred.
