Job Summary

The Technical lead in JavaScript, react, and java is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in developing cutting-edge solutions using JavaScript, React, and Java technologies. The primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation of projects, leading a team of developers, and driving innovation in software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using javascript, react, and java.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the software applications.
5. Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote best practices in software development.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in javascript, react, and java to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in javascript, react, and java programming languages.
2. Experience in leading and managing development teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Javascript, React, or Java are a plus.
