Technical lead - JavaScript, React.js, Java

Job Summary

 

o Strong experience with Java, Jakarta EE / Servlet API, and Spring frameworkProficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
o Experience with Jackson (JSON processing), Apache POI (Excel/Office file handling), Log4j2 (logging), Hibernate Validator, and connection pooling (HikariCP).
o Familiarity with file upload handling (Commons FileUpload).
o Experience with legacy-to-modern framework migrations is a strong plus.
o Familiarity with Spring Boot is a plus, as this will be a future migration target for the platform.
React Skill Set Core React Skills
o JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
o React fundamentals: components, JSX, props, state.
o React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useMemo, useCallback, custom hooks).
o Component lifecycle and rendering optimization.
o State management (Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar).
o React Router (client-side routing/navigation).
