Job Summary

The Technical lead in low power rf,EMI/EMC Design, and HVAC System is responsible for overseeing the technological aspects of projects related to low power radio frequency, electromagnetic compatibility and interference design, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role involves providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure the successful implementation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the technical aspects of projects involving low power rf design, emi/emc design, and hvac systems.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize low power rf performance and ensure compliance with emi/emc standards.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate hvac systems effectively into projects.
4. Conduct risk assessments and provide innovative solutions to overcome technical challenges.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low power rf, emi/emc, and hvac technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in low power rf design principles and techniques.
2. Strong knowledge of emi/emc design standards and principles.
3. Experience in designing and implementing hvac systems in commercial or industrial settings.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead technical teams.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to low power rf, emi/emc, and hvac systems.
6. Strong project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects.
7. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in low power rf design or EMI/EMC standards is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
