Job Summary

The Teamcenter Configuration Expert will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, harmonizing, and migrating Teamcenter configurations from the OPSU Teamcenter environment to the EPEC Teamcenter environment. The role will focus on data model alignment, workflows, lifecycle processes, classifications, access controls, organizational structures, and configuration governance to ensure seamless transition while preserving business continuity and compliance requirements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, migration developers, and Teamcenter administrators throughout the Discover & Define, Design, Validation, and Migration phases of the OPSU program.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration Assessment & Discovery
Analyze existing OPSU Teamcenter configurations and compare with EPEC Teamcenter standards.

Identify configuration gaps and harmonization requirements.

Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
Align OPSU workflows to EPEC standard workflows.
Define lifecycle mappings and status transitions.
Rationalize customizations and identify opportunities to adopt standard configurations.
Support process mapping workshops with customer SMEs.
Data Model Alignment
Define source-to-target mappings for:

Attributes
Classification Structures
Configure:
New Attributes

Support schema alignment activities and advanced schema migration requirements.

Ensure security model compliance with EPEC standards.
Support user access validation during SIT and UAT.
Migration Support
Provide configuration metadata required for migration execution.
Validate migration of:

Support migration rehearsals and production cutovers.
Perform reconciliation and post-migration configuration verification.
Validation & Governance
Develop configuration validation plans.
Coordinate business reviews and approvals.
Support defect analysis and resolution.
Maintain configuration governance and change control documentation.

Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter (10.x, 11.x, 12.x, 13.x, 14.x, Active Workspace).

Maximum Salary (US):  128000
Minimum Salary (US):  69000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
