Job Summary
IC JD:
• Key Responsibilities:
o Implement backend components and services in C#/.NET as
part of a cloudnative architecture.
o Contribute to the migration from BizTalk to Azure-based solutions.
o Ensure code
is testable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards.
o Collaborate
with developers, the Lead Developer, and agile team members in Germany and
India.
o Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning.
o Continuously improve development practices and contribute to technical
discussions.
• Required Technical Skills:
o Strong experience in C# / .NET development.
o Familiarity with Azure cloud
services.
o Experience with MS SQL Server.
o Understanding of Kubernetes and
containerized applications.
o Experience with Terraform or willingness to learn.
o Exposure to Kafka or similar messaging systems.
o Familiarity with Git and Visual
Studio.
o Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices (Unit/Component
testing).
o Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Collaboration & Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication skills in English.
o Experience working in agile teams and distributed environments. Hands-on
experience with collaborative workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS
Teams o Ability to understand and implement technical
requirements. o Willingness to learn and grow within a cross-cultural
team setup.
o Experience working with European teams is a strong advantage.
• Preferred Experience: o 5–7 years of professional experience in software
development. o Experience in cloud-native or migration projects is a plus. o Exposure
to BizTalk is helpful but not required.
