Job Summary

The Technical Lead for .NET, Azure, and C# will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and contributing to the overall architecture and design of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .net, azure, and c#.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
4. Contribute to the architecture and design of software applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
5. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies in the microsoft ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skill Requirements

Azure Cloud & .NET Developer

Azure Cloud & .NET Developer with strong expertise in Azure services, .NET Core, and AI‑assisted development techniques

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API
  • Build cloud‑native solutions leveraging Azure App Services, Functions, APIM, Key Vault, Storage
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Apply AI techniques and tools (Copilot, AI‑driven testing, AI‑assisted design/documentation)
  • Integrate with Azure SQL, optimize queries, and use EF Core
  • Ensure secure coding practices using Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities
  • Configure observability using App Insights for monitoring and alerting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment

Required Skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience with .NET Core / C#
  • Practical experience in Azure cloud services
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and automation in development workflows
  • Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, YAML pipelines
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL)
