Job Summary

The Technical Lead for .net, c#, and angular will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions utilizing the .net framework, C#, and Angular technologies. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the full software development lifecycle using .net, c#, and angular technologies.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and design technical solutions.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
4. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for optimization.
5. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to meet project deadlines.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the .net, c#, and angular ecosystem, and recommend innovations for efficiency and productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in .net framework, c#, and angular for designing and developing web applications.
2. Experience in leading development teams and driving successful project deliveries.
3. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
6. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in .NET, C#, Angular, or project management are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
