Key Responsibilities
2. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective temenos t24/transact configurations.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to temenos t24/transact implementation.
4. Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to maximize the benefits of temenos t24/transact.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in temenos t24/transact to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Skill Requirements
2. Proficiency in configuring temenos t24/transact modules to align with client requirements.
3. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in the temenos t24/transact platform.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Other Requirements
1.Temenos Certified T24 Consultants preferable.
Business Analysis experience of around 5 to 8 years Good to have skills:
▪ Working knowledge of product with TPH and TDH exposure
▪ Strong fundamentals in payments, liquidity (good to have) solutions .
▪ Knowledge in SQL.
▪ Experience in transition projects Must have skills for all roles:
▪ Expertise in Account management services for Corporate Cash
▪ Having worked in implementation of Management and Core Banking in Temenos
▪ Knowledge in Temenos Core Banking Product(T24) of Accounting/AA/TT/DE module
▪ Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. ▪ Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan, and functional test cases. ▪ Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews on business requirement documents or solutions
