Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify the gaps from the Business Requirement Document and mapping those requirements to TEMENOS products capability
2. Provide solutions for the gaps and prepare Functional Specification Document Identifying and validating any gaps together with proposals for their resolution 
3. Own the Functional specification and provide walk-throughs to technical or development team
4. Conduct end user training to the business users from the bank
5. Assist the testing team in creating test cases for the requirement
6. Ensure that the solution provided is the best among alternatives
7. Provide status report to Project Manager for dashboard preparation at regular intervals as required by the project or client
8. Identify the challenges in the middle of development and suggest changes to the client and get their concurrence

Key Responsibilities

What This Role Requires

9. In-depth knowledge in T24 Payments – Temenos Payment Hub (TPH)Lead and manage the business requirements and products definitions from the functional owners (SME) of the clients.
10. Must have at least 5-8 years of TPH module implementation experience at different projects and/or different projects.
11. Must be able to manage the implementation from requirement gathering, design, product definition, configuration and testing support
12. Ability to understand the client’s requirement clearly and articulate it into Functional Specification Document.
13. Full software lifecycle development experience, preferably in agile methodology
14. Understanding of integration touch points and various integration patterns
15. Preparing and performing the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
16. Defining and validating customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions
17. Should have good knowledge on TPH product setup.
18. Must have valid authorization to work in the UK
 

Skill Requirements

19. Experience in different payment implementations: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO20022.
20. Agile concepts, Jira, and Confluence
21. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
22. Ability to work closely with Temenos Development team, and Bank’s Business owners.
23. Knowledge Management, Requirements Management
24. Coordinate with Banks Business owners for requirements gathering / functional clarifications.
25. Show in depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 Transact modules like, AA, and FX
26. Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
27. Have knowledge of other Temenos solutions such as Infinity, TPH, FCM and Analytics
28. Be internationally mobile, this position requires frequent travel
