3. Establish validation strategies using Python-based automation, orchestrating comprehensive test environments to ensure silicon quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Review and approve architecture, design, and validation deliverables, enforcing best practices, governance, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
5. Drive technology adoption and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging validation tools, integrating new Python libraries and methodologies, and promoting knowledge upgradation within the team.
6. Mentor and train team members in silicon platform validation techniques, Python automation, and architectural best practices to ensure technical capability and mitigate delivery risks.
