Test Lead - Accessibility Testing and Python

Job Summary

The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing accessibility testing and software testing activities. The primary objective is to ensure the quality and accessibility of the software being developed or maintained.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, and execute test strategies for accessibility testing and software testing.
2. Lead a team of testers to ensure timely and quality delivery of test results.
3. Develop test plans, test cases for accessibility and software testing.
4. Conduct manual and automated tests to validate software functionality.
5. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
6. Provide regular status reports on testing progress and defects found.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices for accessibility testing and software testing.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in accessibility testing methodologies and tools.
2. Experience in software testing techniques and tools.
3. Good understanding of wcag guidelines and accessibility standards.
4. Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross functional teams.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or similar certification preferred.
Maximum Salary (US):  107000
Minimum Salary (US):  70000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
