Job Summary

The Test Lead - DAL Management plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the testing efforts for projects within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all testing activities align with client and internal quality standards while facilitating effective communication between technical and functional teams. By leveraging automation and best practices, the Test Lead ensures timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications, Identifying Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies While Preparing Automated Test Scripts And Maintaining The Test Case Suite.
2. Develop And Enhance Automated Tests As New System Features And Enhancements Are Implemented, Creating Detailed Work Plans And Monitoring Work Schedules To Ensure On-Time Delivery That Meets Defined Quality Standards.
3. Design And Implement A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Test Data, And Produce Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Manage Risks Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
4. Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Skills And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Dal Management, With A Solid Understanding Of Automated Testing Frameworks And Methodologies.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Test Planning, Execution, And Reporting Practices To Ensure Adherence To Quality Standards.
3. Excellent Skills In Developing Automated Test Scripts And Maintaining Test Case Suites.
4. In-Depth Understanding Of Performance Testing And Quality Assurance Processes.
