Job Summary

As a Test Lead specializing in DO 178B, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded software through effective testing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing efforts for projects, ensuring client and internal requirements are met in adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will enhance the technical capabilities of the QA team while driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debugging test case and potential software issues when tests fail
  • Understanding communication protocols CAN, ARINC, RS422, UART, SPI, I2C.

Skill Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in safety critical domain (preferably aerospace domain) and experience in software verification as per DO178 C Guidelines.
  • Experience developing Software Verification Cases and Procedure HSIT (Hardware Software Integration testing)
  • Strong in Python language (for supporting Verification and validation activities).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies, Configuration Management and Change Control Process
  • Understanding of software certification documents.
  • Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications Include Istqb Certified Tester Or Equivalent In Software Testing Methodologies.
