Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based test automation, Selenium, and Robot Framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks, designing scalable test solutions, and automating testing for web and cloud-based applications.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of Playwright would be a significant advantage.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end automation frameworks using Python.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Robot Framework.
  • Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions for web and cloud-based applications.
  • Participate in test planning, test strategy creation, and automation feasibility analysis.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Develop automation dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
  • Automate cloud-hosted applications and validate cloud-native services.
  • Ensure test coverage across business-critical workflows.
  • Review code and automation scripts to maintain quality standards and best practices.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
  • Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong expertise in Robot Framework.
  • Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation frameworks.
  • Experience with API automation and validation.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
