Job Summary

As a Test Lead specializing in Python, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet both client and internal requirements. This role is critical for driving the testing strategy, guiding the QA team, and ensuring that testing activities align with project objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With The Client And Team To Understand Functional And Design Specifications, Highlighting Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies While Preparing Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Relevant Testing Frameworks.
2. Develop And Continuously Improve Automated Tests As New System Features And Enhancements Are Introduced, Creating Detailed Work Plans, And Monitoring The Work Schedule To Ensure Timely Delivery That Meets Defined Quality Standards.
3. Design And Implement A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework Using Python, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Accurate Test Data, And Generate Status Reports To Minimize Project Risks And Facilitate Timely Resolution Of Escalations.
4. Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Skills In Python-Based Automation, And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Python Programming And Experience In Test Automation Frameworks.
2. Familiarity With Testing Tools And Technologies Such As Selenium, Pytest, Or Similar.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies And Processes.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities.
