Job Summary

The Test Lead for Network Security plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and robustness of network-related systems through meticulous planning and execution of testing strategies. This position is essential for meeting client and internal quality standards, thereby safeguarding the organization’s reputation and reliability in delivering secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Document Inconsistencies While Preparing Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Such As Selenium And Jmeter To Maintain A Comprehensive Test Case Suite.
2. Develop And Enhance Automated Testing Solutions As New Features And Enhancements Arise Within Cloud Environments, Creating Detailed Work Plans And Monitoring The Schedule To Ensure Timely Deliveries While Upholding Defined Quality Benchmarks.
3. Create A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework Using Technologies Like Python And Robot Framework, Develop Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Relevant Test Data, And Generate Status Reports To Mitigate Project Risks And Facilitate The Resolution Of Escalations.
4. Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Skills To Boost Overall Productivity And Enhance Team Performance In Testing Initiatives.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Practices.
2. Proficiency In Test Automation Tools Such As Selenium, Jmeter, And Robot Framework.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Cloud Testing Methodologies And Environments.
4. Familiarity With Functional And Technical Testing Processes And Frameworks.
5. Basic Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Python Or Java For Automation Scripting.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Software Tester (Cste), Or Automation Testing Certifications (E.G., Selenium Certification).
