Job Summary
• Knowledge of Quality Management System, AS9102/AS9110, and AS9100 standards.
• Knowledge of AS13001 standard and delegation.
• Supplier onboarding to the approved supplier list.
• Verification of special process specifications and NADCAP requirements.
• Hands-on experience and understanding of electronics/electric PCBs and components.
• Review of supplier manufacturing processes, work instructions/orders, tools, and equipment
• Knowledge of test equipment and calibration details.
• Review of material obsolescence lists and alternate approvals.
• Knowledge of Qualified Distributor List (QDL) approval.
• Knowledge of IPC requirements.
• Project planning and management skills.
• Hands-on experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Review of change history and MRB (Material Review Board) approval from SBU (Strategic
Business Unit).
• Knowledge of Supplier RRCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action).
• Knowledge of Net Inspect (or equivalent inspection software).
• Complete AS9102 Forms 1, 2, and 3, or equivalent (all three forms are required for both full and
partial forms), as per defined standards.
• Prepare GAP analysis and review with the MRB team and coordinating
Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features/ enhancements are developed and accordingly create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To create reusable /scalable test automation framework, develop test strategies/plans, maintain test data and to submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
