Job Duties
- Responsible for the execution of predefined test procedures in Telecom Service providers live networks environments.
- Performing system stability and functionality, automatic and stress testing on various devices like smartphones and smart watches.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to capture log files
- Reproduce/troubleshoot field issues.
- Must be able to follow complex test procedures in various formats.
- Document test results with accuracy and quality, to be ready for submission.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cellphone or smartwatch testing in live networks in the field Verizon experience (Field Testing experience )
- Able to support domestic travel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. - Fundamental knowledge of smart phone software, Radio technology like BT, Wifi, GSM, LTE and 5G
- Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, and Words processing.
- Willing to work during weekends and holidays if needed

Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features/ enhancements are developed and accordingly create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To create reusable /scalable test automation framework, develop test strategies/plans, maintain test data and to submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
