Job Summary

  • Administer and support enterprise testing tools such as qTest, UFT, and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize Linux commands and server administration skills to ensure platform stability and availability.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Monitor tool performance, user access, licenses, and system health.
  • Provide technical support for testing platforms and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors, business users, QA teams, and stakeholders for issue resolution and service improvements.
  • Perform basic database troubleshooting and query execution using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Support software testing and performance testing activities by ensuring tool readiness and availability.
  • Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrate understanding of SDLC, testing processes, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Group Policies, Jira, GitLab, Dockerized environments, and SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of testing and support environment
