Job Summary

• Planning and Execution: Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of testing processes for end-to-end integration testing.
• Team Management: Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple cross-functional retail projects, ensuring high-quality product releases.
• Automation Focus: Work with the Automation Lead to reduce  regression test cycles, aiming for 100% automation. 
• Collaboration: Actively participate in development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plans, collaborating with development teams and project managers. 
• Continuous Improvement: Establish QA standards, guidelines, and technologies for the projects and the testing team. 

Key Responsibilities

Developing Test Strategies: Creating comprehensive test strategies that outline the approach to testing the software application, including objectives, scope, test levels, and resources required. 

Managing Test Teams: Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure the team follows a structured approach. 

Reviewing Test Artifacts: Ensuring the quality, consistency, and adherence to the test strategy and plan of test cases, scripts, and data. 

Managing Test Execution: Overseeing the execution of test cases, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to clients and management. 

Defect Management: Identifying, tracking, and resolving software defects using defect management tools to monitor and prioritize defects.
