Job Summary

Role – Validation Technician Lead – 3 E2.1 Folsom, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Significant experience in validation, technical support, systems testing, lab operations, or related technical environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or serving as a senior-level technical resource.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, firmware, software, and system-level validation methodologies.
  • Experience with test execution, defect management, and validation reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex system, platform, and infrastructure issues.
  • Experience using enterprise defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, HSD-ES, IPS, or Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of validation lab operations and test environment management.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
