Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) testing and enterprise application quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes, functional enhancements, integrations, and releases across Oracle Cloud applications. Experience in Oracle Cloud CRM/OSC implementations, integrations, and automation testing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Sales Cloud applications.
Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, UAT, and Release Testing.
Validate integrations between OSC and enterprise applications such as ERP, OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP services, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
Perform API and backend validation using SQL and web service testing tools.
Identify, log, track, and validate defects using Jira/ALM.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Business Users during testing cycles.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and regression testing activities.
Drive testing best practices and quality assurance standards across projects.
Required Skills

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC)
Experience testing CRM business processes.
Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, or support engagements.
Technical Skills

SQL for backend validation.
API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
Experience testing REST and SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.

Other Requirements

6+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience.
Minimum 2+ years of Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) testing experience preferred.
Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly release validation.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Experience in enterprise CRM implementations/support projects.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
