Job Summary
Leads lab operations, infrastructure strategy, deployment programs, and technical support activities across multiple projects. Responsible for operational planning, team leadership, process improvement, and ensuring lab availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day lab operations and support activities.
- Own ticket management processes, SLA performance, and operational metrics.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical hardware, software, firmware, and infrastructure issues.
- Plan and execute large-scale deployments of client, server, and lab environments.
- Lead new lab buildouts, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Design and implement standards for networking, KVM, PDU, and remote-access configurations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase lab efficiency and availability.
- Partner with engineering, program management, and stakeholders to support project requirements.
- Manage capacity planning, infrastructure readiness, and resource allocation.
- Develop technical documentation, training programs, and operational standards.
- Mentor Senior and Junior team members and provide technical leadership.
- Track operational KPIs and provide status reporting to management.
Skill Requirements
- Expert-level hardware, firmware, BIOS/IFWI, and operating system troubleshooting.
- Strong networking and infrastructure deployment experience.
- Proven leadership and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing complex lab environments and test infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder communication abilities.
