Job Summary

Designs, develops, and maintains test and validation frameworks for infrastructure and platform releases. Responsible for validating server, storage, networking, virtualization, and automation solutions through automated testing, release gates, and rollback exercises to ensure production readiness and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an automated test framework that validates deployment, integration, upgrade, hardening, and rollback outcomes for every In-Scope Component.
  • Use Molecule and pytest (or equivalent) for Ansible role and playbook testing; ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for platform functional tests; and OpenSCAP / SCAP tooling for compliance validation.
  • Include smoke, functional, integration, regression, and compliance test suites with defined pass/fail criteria for each component.

  • Strong knowledge of automated validation for upgrades, migrations, and rollback procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code validation.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with server, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.).
