Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end performance testing engagements, including stakeholder interactions to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define performance objectives, develop workload models, and establish performance baselines for current (AS-IS) environments.
• Design and execute Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability tests using OpenText LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts.
• Perform comparative performance assessments between baseline and future-state environments.
• Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics to identify performance bottlenecks, constraints, and anomalies.
• Prepare comprehensive performance test reports with actionable recommendations, optimization strategies, and executive-ready insights.
• Drive performance testing activities independently from requirements gathering through final reporting, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Strong expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
• Experience in workload modeling, performance test strategy creation, scripting, test execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead and drive performance testing engagements end-to-end.
• Proven ability to identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
