Test Specialist - Cloud ETL, DW Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, and cloud-based CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality through scalable automation frameworks, continuous integration pipelines, and collaboration within Agile teams in an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, integration, and regression testing

· Develop and execute API automation test suites to validate backend services and integrations

· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness

· Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

· Perform end-to-end testing across distributed cloud-based systems

· Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely defect resolution

· Contribute to test strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

· Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies

Skill Requirements

· Strong experience in automation testing, including integration and regression testing

· Hands-on expertise in API testing and automation (REST, SOAP, Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)

· Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, preferably Harness

· Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in an enterprise environment

· Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript)

· Familiarity with version control tools like Git

· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of GCP products, especially Agentic / AI-driven product suites

· Experience with cloud-native testing and microservices architecture

· Exposure to modern DevOps practices and tools

· Understanding of performance and security testing concepts
