Job Summary

The Test Specialist in Networking plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of networking software applications through expert testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Execute Comprehensive Test Plans And Test Cases For Networking Software Modules And Features Using Advanced Networking Protocols And Technologies, Ensuring Thorough Coverage And Alignment With Business Requirements.
2. Utilize Python And Automation Frameworks Such As Selenium Or Robot Framework To Automate Functional, Regression, Usability, And Api Testing, Increasing Test Efficiency And Coverage While Minimizing Manual Efforts.
3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects In Networking Applications According To Established Procedures, Ensuring Clear Communication And Traceability Of Issues.
4. Proactively Collaborate With Developers To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions, Participating Actively In Test Reviews To Drive Continuous Improvement And Share Best Practices Related To Networking Technologies.
5. Stay Up To Date With The Latest Trends And Technologies In Testing And Networking, Contributing To The Creation And Maintenance Of Robust Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries For Efficient Testing Processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Understanding Of Networking Concepts, Protocols, And Technologies, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Vlan, And Vpn.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Python For Automation Scripting And Test Framework Development.
3. Strong Familiarity With Various Testing Methodologies, Including Functional, Regression, Usability, And Api Testing.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail For Identifying And Documenting Defects Effectively.
5. Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment And Communicate Technical Concepts Clearly.
