Job Summary
The Test Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. The primary objective is to ensure the quality and performance of software applications meet specified requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Testing & Engineering
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and related suites.
- Conduct various types of performance tests (load, stress, endurance, failover) to ensure system reliability, scalability, and capacity.
- AWS, architecture, bottleneck analysis, front-end performance, observability, resiliency, automation, forward thinking, and innovation.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations to improve application performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing test scripts, scenarios, and repositories.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, and QA teams to define performance requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.

Reporting & Communication
- Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across engineering, product, and management teams to advocate for performance best practices.
- Document observations, issues, and recommendations clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Performance Test Plans & Strategies: Comprehensive documents outlining test objectives, scenarios, workloads, and acceptance criteria.
- Automated Test Scripts: Reusable scripts for load, stress, and endurance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Performance Reports: Detailed analysis of test results, including system capacity, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvement.
