3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects Associated With Storage Systems, Adhering To Established Procedures For Tracking And Resolution.
4. Proactively Collaborate With Developers To Analyze And Prioritize Defect Resolutions, Actively Participating In Test Reviews To Drive Continuous Improvement And Share Best Practices In System Testing.
5. Stay Informed About The Latest Trends And Technologies In Testing, Contributing To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries Specific To Storage Solutions.
Skill Requirements
2. Proficient In Automation Tools And Frameworks, With Hands-On Experience In Selenium, Junit, Or Similar Technologies.
3. Strong Understanding Of Storage Architectures And Principles, Including Vmware, Linux, And Windows Environments.
4. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Document Defects Effectively.
5. Exceptional Collaboration And Communication Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Other Requirements
Strong automation expertise using Python/Pytest with hands-on experience in REST API/gRPC-based automation.Solid understanding of storage concepts, including appsets, hostsets, VVsets, and SAN (LUN export, partitioning in Linux/Windows).Experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter setup, datastore creation, VM lifecycle, clusters, DRS/HA, vMotion).Good to have knowledge of snapshots, backup/recovery, and storage integration in virtualized environments.
