Job Summary

To analyze business requirements to derive tests and manage test deliverables for all test phases as per Enterprise business standards and quality in the stipulated time lines with effective utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end functional and UX testing of chatbot, messaging, and voice solutionsValidate system responses against various user input variations for the same intentEnsure logical and human-like interaction behaviour across conversational flowsDesign and execute test scenarios covering multiple message variantsTest AWS Connect flows (voice, chat, routing, IVR scenarios)Identify gaps in conversation design and suggest improvementsCollaborate with product, AI, and development teamsReport defects with clear steps, expected vs actual behaviourSupport regression, exploratory, and E2E testing

Skill Requirements

Experience in chatbot / conversational AI / Gen AI testingExperience in chatbot automation testing toolsUnderstanding of natural language variations and intent mappingHands-on or exposure to AWS Connect (voice/chat flows)Experience with tools like Cyara (voice/chat testing)Hands on experience in API Testing using postman, supertest API frameworksStrong software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience in a number of programming languages
