Job Summary

Your job

As a TIBCO Developer you will be working on challenging bespoke solutions for Operations Department and Front Office. The focus of your work will be on Workflow and Case Data development with significant role in Business Analysis, Solution Design and Production Support. The teams are multi-skilled, and it's expected, besides development to support and coach the less experienced colleagues and the users of the application. Your job will be to work on supporting the full lifecycle of new and existing applications, follow the latest technologies and promote and take initiative that will lead to Hyper automation.

 

Working environment

As an BPM Developer (TIBCO AMX) within ABN AMRO you are part of the Process Automation Grid. Within this Grid, business and IT work together and deliver value for our clients by rationalizing, optimizing and digitizing processes. We are an international and dynamic department that values diversity in skills and background.

 

Your profile

  • A relevant degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Experience in banking sector
  • Hands on experience with TIBCO BW, TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x and/or TIBCO BPME (5.x)
  • Experience with Monitoring, Alerts and configuring Splunk Dashboards
  • Knowledge of and experience in the following technologies: Java, Javascript, SQL, Web services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, UML
  • At least 5 years' experience with the relevant technologies
  • Certification for Azure Fundamentals (optional)
  • Certification for Splunk Fundamentals (optional)
  • Certification for TIBCO Business Works (optional)
    Certification for TIBCO BPME (BPM 4.x) (optional)
  • Certification for TIBCO BPME (BPM 5.x) (optional)
  • Knowledge of and experience in the following development concepts: CICD, DevOps, Agile Scrum
  • A proactive mindset, ownership and responsibility.
  • A passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • A curiosity for new technologies.
