Tibco BW Senior Technical Lead - DevOps

Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW 6.x), EMS, Administrator, Hawk, and Rendezvous.Implement complex integrations involving REST/SOAP services, JMS, XML/JSON transformations, and enterprise messaging patterns.Optimize and refactor existing TIBCO processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.Configure and manage TIBCO EMS, queues, topics, ACLs, and bridges.Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, QA, DevOps, business analysts).Participate in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployment processes.Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.Ensure integration security policies, error-handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks.3. Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills6–10+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO integration tools (must-have):TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x, BW 6.x)TIBCO EMS / JMSTIBCO AdministratorTIBCO HawkTIBCO DesignerStrong expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML/XSLT, JSON, and Schemas (XSD).Good understanding of SOA, microservices, event-driven architecture, and integration design patterns.Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.).Solid understanding of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and server deployments.Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, or legacy systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Mainframe, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking.Ability to lead discussions, mentor developers, and drive solution design.Ability to work in Agile/ 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of devops solutions, specifically focusing on tibco bw.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement best practices related to devops and tibco bw.
3. Design and implement automated processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment (ci/cd) pipelines.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on tibco bw applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
5. Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, availability, and security of tibco bw applications through devops practices.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to devops and tibco bw to propose innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops tools and practices, including ci/cd pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience with tibco bw, including development, deployment, and maintenance of tibco bw applications.
3. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with devops processes, such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
4. Ability to automate manual processes using scripting languages like python, shell, or powershell.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.Certifications in DevOps, tibco BW, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
