Job Summary

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect specializing in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) to design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions. The role involves defining integration architecture, ensuring scalability, and guiding development teams in best practices across middleware and API integration platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end integration architectures using TIBCO BW (BW5/BW6), EMS, Hawk, and related TIBCO suites.
  • Lead solution design for API, ESB, messaging, and real-time integration patterns.
  • Define integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business, application, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee development activities, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance.
  • Support migration, modernization, and cloud-integration initiatives.
 

 

The Senior Technical lead in the field of DevOps Solutions, specifically with expertise in tibco BW, will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing and implementing DevOps solutions, and ensuring the smooth integration of tibco BW applications. The role requires a deep understanding of DevOps practices and tibco BW technologies to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of devops solutions, specifically focusing on tibco bw.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement best practices related to devops and tibco bw.
3. Design and implement automated processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment (ci/cd) pipelines.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on tibco bw applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
5. Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, availability, and security of tibco bw applications through devops practices.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to devops and tibco bw to propose innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in integration technologies, with deep expertise in TIBCO BW.
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with TIBCO EMS, Adapters, API Management, and messaging systems.
  • Understanding of cloud integration, microservices, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and architectural design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of AWS/Azure or hybrid cloud environments.
  • TIBCO certification is a plus.

Other Requirements

1.Certifications in DevOps, tibco BW, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
