Tibco BW Technical Specialist - DevOps

Job Summary

TIBCO Technical Lead

  • Architect and implement integration solutions using Tibco Suite (Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, Tibco Spotfire) to facilitate data exchange and business process automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications for integration projects
  • Develop and maintain mappings, transformations, and workflows to support data integration between disparate systems
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure high availability and performance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders on Tibco best practices and methodologies
  • Document technical specifications and implementation details for future reference and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of integration protocols and technologies (HTTP, JMS, FTP, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud integration and API-led approaches
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing devops strategies for tibco bw projects.
2. Integrating tibco bw solutions with existing ci/cd pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
3. Monitoring and optimizing tibco bw performance within the devops environment.
4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
5. Ensuring the security and compliance of tibco bw solutions within the devops framework.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in tibco businessworks (bw) for designing and developing integration solutions.
2. Strong experience in implementing devops practices and tools such as jenkins, git, and docker.
3. Knowledge of scripting languages like bash, python, or groovy for automation tasks.
4. Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like kubernetes.
5. Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (ci/cd) processes.
