Job Summary

This role serves as commercial and contracts manager in GWP team at Nagpur Region to work for the projects in Multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial coordination including preparation of RFP ,Formulation of terms and conditions of contract, follow up with Sourcing team in finalisation of packages.
2. Contract management responsibilities like sending letters to vendors if any delays happens and doing root cause analysis for delays.
3. Rate analysis for Non tendered items and closure of Extra items.
4. Validation of Quantities with reference  to drawings and technical specification.
5. Preparation of Cost play book for ongoing works.
6. Cost optimisation by detailed study on Equivalent makes.
7. Preparation of Budget proposals for enquiries of new works.
8. Statutory coordination /communication with authorities.
9. Monitoring Quantity verification w.r.t issued POs and processing of Amendment requests.
10. Maintain documentation to avoid claims by vendors .

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge in commercial and contract activities in project management.
2. Experience in doing Rate Analysis.
