Job Summary

Perform business analysis and project coordination services for the Pfizer ServiceNow Integration Process Assessment initiative 

Key Responsibilities

Host regular project catch-up meetings and stakeholder discussions.\r\n• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.\r\n• Facilitate roundtable discussions and workshops with business teams and other stakeholders.\r\n• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, user story, enhancement requests, and pain points.\r\n• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\r\n• Coordinate communication among business users, subject matter experts (SMEs), and development teams.\r\n• Prepare project documentation, project readouts, presentation materials, and project summaries
