Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of escalations and operational tasks within the infrastructure domain. This position is pivotal in delivering high-quality services, fostering customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee And Implement Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Solutions Using Terraform And Aws Cloud Formation, Ensuring Seamless Deployment And Management Of Cloud Resources.
2. Manage And Resolve Escalations By Utilizing Python And Ansible For Automation Tasks, Ensuring Adherence To Agreed Sla Norms For Timely Resolution.
3. Validate Operational Reports And Maintain Operational Hygiene By Leveraging Aws Paas Tools, Ensuring Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow).
4. Develop And Initiate Frameworks Aimed At Enhancing Customer Satisfaction, Utilizing Terraform To Automate Repetitive Tasks And Streamline Operational Processes.
5. Drive Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities With Iac Practices, Leading Self-Driven Initiatives That Enhance Efficiency And Reduce Operational Costs.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform And Aws Cloud Formation.
2. Solid Understanding Of Aws Services, Paas, And Deployment Automation Using Python And Ansible.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Operational Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
4. Familiarity With Reporting And Analytics Tools To Validate Operational Performance.

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Aws Certified Solutions Architect, Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
