Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee The Implementation Of Asset Management Strategies Using Itil Principles And Servicenow, Ensuring Compliance With Service Level Agreements And Timely Revenue Generation.
2. Manage Escalations And Crises By Utilizing Bmc Remedy And Ca Service Desk Manager, Ensuring All Tasks Are Resolved According To Agreed Sla Norms.
3. Validate Operational Reports And Ensure That Services Align With The Statement Of Work (Sow) By Applying Best Practices In Asset Management And Operational Hygiene.
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Frameworks And Initiatives That Leverage Automation And Self-Service Capabilities In Avanti.
5. Drive The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Facilitating Self-Driven Initiatives To Optimize Service Delivery And Reduce Costs.

Skill Requirements
