Job Summary

As a Tower Lead for Support & Operations with a focus on Azure Security, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of escalations, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and the delivery of high-quality reports and services. Your leadership will be crucial in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction, while also implementing key organizational initiatives that contribute to profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure The Generation Of Tower-Level Revenue By Developing And Executing Strategic Initiatives In Azure Security Operations, Aligning With Organizational Financial Goals.
2. Oversee The Resolution Of Escalations And Crises By Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Compliance With Agreed Sla Norms, Maintaining A High Standard Of Service Delivery.
3. Validate And Enhance Operational Hygiene By Reviewing Reports And Ensuring That Azure Security Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow) Requirements.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks That Enhance Service Quality And Responsiveness Within Azure Security Operations.
5. Implement Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) By Leveraging Automation Tools And Self-Driven Initiatives To Optimize Operational Efficiency Within Azure Security Services.
