Job Summary

The Rubrik L3 Administrator is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Rubrik backup platform, ensuring high availability, data protection, SLA compliance, and operational excellence. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, disaster recovery management, and continuous optimization of backup and recovery services across on-prem and cloud environments

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills Hands-on expertise in Rubrik CDM / Rubrik Security Cloud Strong understanding of: Backup concepts (SLA, RPO, RTO, retention) VMware, Windows/Linux, SQL/Oracle backups Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) integration Knowledge of DR, replication, and archival strategies

Other Requirements

6–10+ years in Backup & Storage / Infrastructure domain Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Rubrik or similar enterprise backup tools
