Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing escalations, ensuring timely service delivery, and enhancing operational efficiency. This position is pivotal in aligning organizational initiatives with operational performance, focusing on ETL processes and data management within AWS environments to drive customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Generation Of Tower Level Ee & En Revenue By Leveraging Etl Processes And Aws Data Lakes To Optimize Data Flow And Reporting Accuracy.
2. Manage Escalations And Crisis Situations By Implementing Effective Data Pipeline Strategies And Ensuring Resolution Within Agreed Sla Norms.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated From Aws Rds And Ensuring Compliance With Service Delivery As Outlined In The Sow.
4. Promote Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing New Initiatives And Frameworks Centered On Aws Analytics And Data-Driven Insights.
5. Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) Through Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives, Focusing On Enhancing Operational Processes And Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Etl Processes And Data Lake Management Using Aws Services.
2. Strong Understanding Of Aws Core Services, Including Rds And Analytics.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Data Pipeline Architecture And Operational Best Practices.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Crisis Resolution And Customer Satisfaction.
