Job Summary

The Tower Lead in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of escalations and operational processes within the GCP framework. This position is essential for maintaining service quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate Tower-Level Ee And En Revenue By Leveraging Gcp Capabilities To Identify And Implement Service Enhancement Opportunities.
2. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Crises According To Agreed Sla Norms By Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams And Utilizing Gcp Tools For Monitoring And Reporting.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring That All Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow) Through Gcp Management Practices.
4. Promote Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks Using Gcp Analytics To Track Performance And Customer Feedback.
5. Implement Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities Within Gcp Processes And Leading Self-Driven Initiatives That Optimize Operational Efficiencies.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
