Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations is critical in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction through effective management of escalations and service delivery. This role emphasizes the implementation of organizational initiatives while driving revenue growth and enhancing operational hygiene. The Tower Lead will leverage expertise in HP UX Administration and cloud technologies to optimize processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Generation At The Tower Level By Implementing Strategic Initiatives And Leveraging Hp Ux Administration, Azure Cloud, And Kubernetes For Service Delivery Optimization.
2. Ensure Timely Closure Of All Escalations And Crisis Situations By Adhering To Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Npar And Vpar For Structured Resolution Processes.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Services Align With The Sow, Utilizing Service Guard For High Availability And Reliability In Service Provision.
4. Promote Positive Customer Satisfaction Through Proactive Engagement And The Development Of New Frameworks And Initiatives Aimed At Enhancing Service Quality And Responsiveness.
5. Implement The Profit Improvement Plan Through Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives, Harnessing Technical Skills In Hp Ux Administration And Cloud Solutions To Identify And Execute Efficiency Improvements.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Hp Ux Administration And Its Application In Operational Environments.
2. Proficient In Npar And Vpar Management For Resource Optimization.
3. Strong Understanding Of Service Guard For Ensuring High Availability Of Services.
4. Familiarity With Azure Cloud Solutions And Kubernetes For Cloud Operations And Orchestration.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Manage Escalations Effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
