Job Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n• Lead technical design and implementation of IAM solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Guid customer for Identity and Access management current market trends, provide strategy and roadmap for IAM Solutions\\\\r\\\\n• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Evaluate and integrate IAM technologies to meet business needs.\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of IAM systems.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IAM strategy and execution.\\\\r\\\\n• Define and enforce IAM architecture standards and best practices.\\\\r\\\\n• Conduct technical assessments and proof-of-concepts.\\\\r\\\\n• Support incident response and root cause analysis for IAM issues.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequirements:\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.\\\\r\\\\n• 14+ years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity architecture.\\\\r\\\\n• Deep knowledge of IAM Products such as SailPont IIQ, Ping, Centrify, Ping Directory\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms and cloud identity services.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficiency in identity lifecycle management and federation.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD integration in
Key Responsibilities
