Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n• Lead technical design and implementation of IAM solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Guid customer for Identity and Access management current market trends, provide strategy and roadmap for IAM Solutions\\\\r\\\\n• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Evaluate and integrate IAM technologies to meet business needs.\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of IAM systems.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IAM strategy and execution.\\\\r\\\\n• Define and enforce IAM architecture standards and best practices.\\\\r\\\\n• Conduct technical assessments and proof-of-concepts.\\\\r\\\\n• Support incident response and root cause analysis for IAM issues.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequirements:\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.\\\\r\\\\n• 14+ years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity architecture.\\\\r\\\\n• Deep knowledge of IAM Products such as SailPont IIQ, Ping, Centrify, Ping Directory\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms and cloud identity services.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficiency in identity lifecycle management and federation.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD integration in

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure The Generation Of Tower Level Employee Engagement And Employee Net Revenue By Implementing Effective Iam Strategies And Initiatives.
2. Oversee The Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Crises, Ensuring All Tasks Are Completed In Accordance With Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas).
3. Validate And Oversee Operational Hygiene By Regularly Reviewing Reports And Ensuring All Services Are Aligned With The Statement Of Work (Sow).
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing New Initiatives And Frameworks That Enhance Service Quality And Client Engagement.
5. Implement And Oversee The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Driving Automation And Self-Initiated Projects To Improve Operational Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Iam Operations Management And Cyberark Pam (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm & Psm)
2. Strong Understanding Of Operational Metrics And Sla Management
3. Experience In Developing Customer Satisfaction Frameworks
4. Knowledge Of Automation Tools And Processes Aimed At Operational Improvement

1. Relevant Certifications In Cyberark Pam Are Optional But Valuable
