Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence by overseeing the timely resolution of escalations and effectively implementing organizational initiatives. This position is crucial for maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth through strategic oversight of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Generation By Implementing Best Practices In Ibm Mq And Iib(Ace) To Optimize Tower-Level Performance And Ensure Alignment With Organizational Goals.
2. Coordinate And Ensure Closure Of All Escalations And Crisis Management Tasks In Accordance With Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Ibm Mq And Iib(Ace) For Efficient Service Delivery.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Services Are Delivered As Per The Outlined Sow, Leveraging Iib(Ace) For Seamless Integration And Operations.
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks Based On Feedback And Performance Metrics, Utilizing Rabbitmq For Improved Communication And Responsiveness.
5. Lead The Implementation Of Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) Through Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives, Ensuring Operational Efficiencies And Cost Reductions Using Ibm Mq And Iib(Ace).

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
